ARUNA is based on naturopathy and holistic medicine to promote healing and pain therapy on all levels. Each session begins with an in-depth patient consultation to fully understand your unique health issues. From there, a personalized treatment plan is developed just for you. Progress is carefully monitored, and adjustments are made as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Who is ARUNA?
Aruna is the goddess of dawn and one of the main forces of Ganesha, the god of wisdom.
She radiates light, brings forth goodness, and ultimately shines in everything she does.
Aruna is my spiritual name, a connection close to my heart. I love nature, enjoy helping people, and wonder: Do you have a spiritual name too?

Since 2022, I have been working as a naturopath in a group practice in Fribourg. I have also recently opened a private practice in Rechthalten.
In addition to my continued training and work as a naturopath, I also work as a biomedical analyst. My background in biomedical analysis complements my naturopathic practice, allowing for more precise diagnosis and treatment of illnesses.
