Phyto-, Hydro- & Thermotherapy

The healing power of plants, together with the targeted use of water, heat, and cold, belongs to the oldest methods of natural medicine. Gentle, individualized, and holistic, these approaches support the body in restoring its balance and activating its self-healing abilities.

The treatments may be used individually or in combination, depending on your personal needs and concerns.

Sound therapy

Sound therapy works on the physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual levels. Through specific frequencies and vibrational instruments such as singing bowls or gongs, it promotes deep relaxation, inner harmony, and the body’s natural healing process. The session can be experienced by two or three people together, with no additional cost.

Depending on individual needs and intentions, the session may be enriched with different rituals, such as:

  • Sananga eye drops

  • cacao ceremony

  • oracle card reading​

Therapeutic massages

​Each massage is personalized according to the body and individual needs of each person. The treatment can be deep and therapeutic, incorporating rebouteux-style techniques when needed, or gentle and relaxing depending on the desired effect. It may also work on an energetic level to support inner balance and well-being.

  • Classic massage (may include trigger point therapy and connective tissue) massage)

  • Foot, hand reflexology massages 

  • Cupping massage, fire and dry cupping

  • Manual lymphatic drainage

  • Tok Sen, Thai, Stick, Compress massages​

  • Sound massage with singing bowls and tuning forks

Thai massages are performed fully clothed. Upon request, the treatment can take place not only on a massage table, but also on a mat on the floor or outdoors in nature.​

Spagyrics

This is a form of alchemy used to produce medicines by separating, purifying, and reassembling three components (mind, soul, body) in order to address the human being on all levels.

Spagyrics does not impose anything; the body takes only what it needs.

The treatments cost CHF 120 per hour. If someone does not have supplementary insurance, ARUNA is willing to offer a discount. Sound therapy sessions can also be conducted in groups; the price remains the same.
